Do you find that sometimes life feels too difficult to manage? Have you felt like your mind has 20 tabs open at one time? Are you overwhelmed and ready for change? I can help your life become more manageable by adding positive skills and coping mechanisms for issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. I offer a holistic and traditional point of view on things. For a holistic approach, we can focus on relaxation techniques, meditation, music, and mindfulness. For traditional approach, we can use talk therapy that focuses on targeting and changing behaviors and thoughts. You will experience support in figuring out what you are going through and what’s making you feel the way you do.

Feeling fearful, anxious, unhappy, or drained? The trauma we experience in life can create a ton of negative emotions, feelings, and thoughts. It’s important to know that every individual is going through something at some point in life and it is okay to lean on someone. It’s hard to find the right fit for a counselor and I know how important it is for a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space for treatment. Side by side, we can work through childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, loss, grief, relationship mishaps. My goal is to work with you to find the best path to becoming and accepting your true authentic self.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call, email, or text me. I am accepting new clients In-person and by Telehealth.
