- Claire Ellerbrock DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC $250 per First Medication Management Assessment and $100 per 30-minute or $130 for a 40-minute Follow-up session

Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours of your completed session and will be automatically deducted from your card on file.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Accounts as forms of payment directly on my scheduling site via this page.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
